She married George Glotzbach at Newbury. They lived on a farm near Paxico until 1901. At that time, they sold the farm and moved to California, locating at Colusa near Sacramento. They lived at Colusa for 4 months and then went to Los Angeles in 1902. George bought a fruit ranch at 38th and Central. He later sold that and bought a 12 acre orange grove 3 blocks from the center of Los Angeles. In 1907, the orange grove was traded for flats in Kansas City, Kansas and they traded for property in Torrence, Pasadena and Garden Grove. In 1905, he bought a lot on Santee Street and built a 2 story, 10 room home. In 1913 he built a 3 story apartment house on the same lot, which was sold in 1960 by his son Joe.
